Buyers and sellers upload their availability and demand respectively

Buyers and sellers negotiate transactions directly

Buyers and sellers jointly confirm their Sales and Purchase Orders via portal

Delivery Orders & Bill of Lading sent to customers and carriers

Once buyer accepts products, seller issues invoice using ReservaFS's invoice portal

Upon buyer confirmation of receiving products and validating transaction amount, payment is authorized and issued to seller.
